Heyahh! If you feel it's time for change, the first thing you should do is identify what this anger stems from? then try to resolve that. I know how annyoing it is when people don't beleive you CAN change. but recently i've been trying to get a handle on my anger aswell, and it might not word for you, but when someone really gets on your nerves just act all kiss ass and they will go up the wall if you keep it up. Don't be afraid to express your feelings, but just make time to, because sometimes when they are kept in, thats what leads to a sudden spurt of anger when they all come out at the same time.

I know that trick.  My ex boyfriend B used to do that sh*t.  I don't like it. I feel like, what could you possibly be doing that you can't even answer the phone.  I mean even if you text back and say, I'll call you soon when I get a chance.  I mean some kind of acknowledgement, you know?

I'm so glad you r getting a promotion.  Thats the way to work the hotel game.  Don't be afraid to take it.

I'm so sorry about your brother sweetie.  You're right.  Everyone wants to pass judgement on whats right and wrong.  No one on this earth is perfect so how can you pass judgement on someone else.

They do this at my hotel all the time.  And I don't know the legal side to all of this but pretty much in the hotel game it goes, They'll go as far as you let them go.

Seriously.

Those back to back shifts are quite common.  And it SUCKS!!! Its shows that the person doing the schedule doesn't give a damn about you.

Don't let them do that to you all the time.

I know when I lost my nephew, I used to have dreams of him. he did still have the blood on his face, head ( head injury caused death @ age 17), but he wud tell me inmy dreams things for my sister joanne. I was the only one out of 5 siblings , incuding joanne my sister & joeys mom  that he came to in my dreams.. I felt the way he came , even though I was soo scared to see him, but he chose me.. he was tellingme & my family things in my dreams..& that let us know he was not in pain, and was in peace & home. yes he was called home  wayy too soon, but ...

 I need to tell you, and i know you have heard it before.. but  we are placed in the  ground to rest for loved ones to have a place to visit us.. . our spirits are already went back to heaven where we came from. Your grandparents  sounds like they were close to you..I only have known my moms mom, and God bless she is 91 this january..

I cant imagine loosing her.. but I wanted  to write this with out preaching or upsetting you.. You need to believe in Him, knowing  he is guiding them the way  they are now up there...and I believe you will have a peaceful feeling of gramma & grampa being gone, and knowing..  that fear of ' when its your turn,  (( you have your whole life ahead of you))..but they will be there with open arms to invite you to the kingdom.

  I know you said you cant really ask many of this..to discuss, but   do you attend church , maybe choose a different church, or find one if you havent had the time. I used to have the fear too, until i found Him in early '90's..& i am not scared any more.. We live our life in peace, how Hed want us to, and He will take care of the rest . I know he has proved to me he does & can!  :)

I believe including you sleeping well, will be your sign, letting them go.. they can come & visit  you still, and   they hear our prayers BIg time, but I think you have to get closer to Him. even if its thru them you pray, and  they all are listening.. He wants so many more to know Him.. but  maybe this is a sign from your grandparents to let you  know they ARE ok.. and they want you to find the peace they are at now. They dont want you to be afraid, they want the best for you.

i dont know you, but I read your bio to see how old you were, sometimes teens get offended after they ask, and we answer.. you sound like a very  smart, intellegent lady,,  see if theres a church you can start going to, .. speak to a preacher..  I really think this will help you ..

Yeah, I just hate when people ask me where I work.  To me its embarassing cuz I've been their soooo long. Like 8-9 yrs to be exact. Time flies.  I never, ever in my Wildest dreams thought I would be there that long. Like you I started their when I was 21.  Its like a sandtrap.

But I am gonna start praying for a career that I am PROUD of. So that when someone asks me that question, I can't wait to blurt out where I work.

P.S.

Don't let them take advantage of you with that night shift thing.  They are right now cuz they know they can.  EVERYONE wants that 7-3 shift.  At my job it can create serious static if you try to get too many 7-3 shifts.... But you deserve it!!!  Don't let them do that to you. They will complain for a minute, and then afterwards you'll get what you want.

Yeah, I've been in the hotel game for 8 years now.  Never wanted to stay that long but I fell into a rut with it.  I guess out of all the bullsh*t jobs, its the most comfortable for my skin.

Anyway, they pretty much don't appreciate you.  Unless your a favorite.  Thats what I gathered.  Out of all them years there, I've never truly been accknowledged for anything that I have done.  I've watched other people get recognized for bullsh*t, thats only been their 1/3 the time that I have. I've seen people get promoted because they were tight with the boss. Etc.

Its all a game. I know what your saying about being open 24/7 too.  That so sucks.  Every holiday its like a bit scramble to see who's going to get that day off and of course everyone wants it.

Girl, let me stop now cuz I can go on and on and on.  But it feels good to find someone on here who I can relate to on this subject.
